Saluting their Service Grants Program

The Saluting Their Service Grant program is open year round and aim to honour the service and sacrifices of Australia’s service personnel in wars, conflicts and peace operations, as well as their families.

Applications are open for the next round of the grants which supports projects that promote appreciation and understanding of the experiences of service and the roles that those who served have played, or to preserve and or provide access to
information about Australia’s wartime heritage.

2 categories of grants are available under the program:

Community Grants up to a maximum of $10,000 are available for local, community based projects and activities.

Grants between $10,001 and $150,000 are available for major commemorative projects and activities that are significant from a national, state, territory and/or regional perspective.

3rd Cavalry Regiment (Vietnam) Association Inc
Construct a new cenotaph at the Tongala Avenue of Honour.
