Grants

Volunteers play a critical role in communities across the electorate an I am pleased to welcome expressions of interest from organisations that need assistance.

Grants of between $1,000 and $5,000 will be available to eligible not-for-profit community organisations to support the work of local community organisations by reducing barriers for volunteers and increasing participation in volunteering.

Some changes have been made to allow the funding to cover online communications, internet and phone bills, and insurance premiums.
